No need for bone marrow biopsy of CNS lymphoma in PET-CT era

A recent study has led to a significant change in the Danish guidelines for CNS lymphoma. Bone marrow biopsy is no longer recommended in the initial work-up for confirmed CNS diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) without systemic disease on PET-CT.
