Stine Ulrik Mikkelsen

Dr. Stine Ulrik Mikkelsen is an MD, PhD from the University of Copenhagen, where she obtained her doctoral degree in 2023. She currently holds a postdoctoral position in Prof. Kirsten Grønbæk’s group at the Department of Hematology, Rigshospitalet, and at the Biotech Research and Innovation Centre, University of Copenhagen. Dr. Mikkelsen’s research focuses on innovative strategies to improve outcomes for patients with myeloid malignancies and the precursor condition clonal cytopenia of undetermined significance. Her significant contributions include leading two phase 2 randomized controlled trials investigating the safety and efficacy of oral vitamin C in these patient populations. Additionally, Dr. Mikkelsen was an elected scholar at the EHA-Clinical Research Training in Hematology (CRTH) from 2019 to 2020.
